Warwick Golf Centre: for Warwick Council.
We reviewed the business plan and application for loan from the Council and conducted a soft market test for interest in a partnership deal with the owner of the Golf Centre.
Slinfold G&CC: for British Ensign

We prepared an independent report on the viability of proposals to extend the clubhouse to include letting bedrooms and additional function space and fitness facilities in support of a planning application which was subsequently granted.
Moor Park Golf Club and Harpenden Common Golf Club:
A Waste Recovery Plan must show the financial viability of development proposals before an environmental permit is issued by the Environment Agency. We contributed to the preparation of Plans for both golf clubs.
Golfzon
We assisted this S Korean manufacturer of golf simulators to locate and contract with a distributor in the UK, including helping to arrange a promotional exhibition at the Open Championship at St Andrews.
